How Doorifi Helped a Growing Family Find Their Future Home

Jennifer Greene, a high school history teacher in Freehold, NJ 07728, loved the updated 1960s suburban home she shared with her husband and their 3-year-old twin daughters. But she knew her family would soon need more space — a place where her daughters could grow through middle school and high school.

Jennifer and her family lived in Freehold, New Jersey, a vibrant and welcoming town in Monmouth County. She grew up there, and her parents and two sisters lived in the same neighborhood.

Although her home was in good condition, Jennifer knew she’d need cosmetic updates — fresh paint, new carpet — to prepare it for a traditional sale. With preschool twins at home, she wanted to avoid the stress of repairs, staging, and open houses.

She briefly considered renting it out — the home’s location in Freehold meant strong rental demand — but decided she didn’t want the work or the expense of a property management company.
